- Under your direction, supervisors use the Data Environment system to prepare custom lists of location tags and circuits in the units and systems to be done next.
- The foremen use the Data Environment system to issue system computer-printed assignment sheets to their electricians. The system computers print assignment sheets for raceway installation, cable installation and circuit termination. Each of these assignment sheets are marked with a unique barcode.
- The electricians take the assignments, perform the work indicated, sign the assignment sheet showing the work completed and turn in the assignment sheet.
- The assignment sheet is immediately and accurately checked into the system by scanning its barcode. This updates your project database and the status of that assignment shows project-wide as completed. With that, the electricians are off to complete the next assignment on your project.
