- As you direct your foremen which areas of the project need next be completed, the foremen in turn assign tasks to the electricians.
- The foremen use the Data Environment system to create custom lists of raceways, location tags, cables and circuit terminations affected.
- One or many assignment sheets are printed by the foremen and given to the electricians for completion. Assignment sheets can be for raceway installation, cable installation or circuit termination.
- When the electrician completes the assignment, the assignment sheet is signed by the electrician and turned into your document control person for barcode scan check in. Once checked in as completed, the assignment drops off the list of tasks to be completed and joins the list of tasks completed.
- The assignment sheet checkout and check in process determines the status of the project.
